Our Subdivision Expertise Includes:
CDC Subdivision Approval – Coordination with the PCA, managing consultants, and full support throughout the process.
On-Site Detention (OSD) Preparation – Preparing and submitting OSD documentation, coordinating with all stakeholders, handling solicitor registration, and managing council lodgment.
Registration & Final Certification – Obtaining OSD registration, lodging documents with the PCA for the final CDC subdivision certificate, and managing Land Registry Services submission with follow-ups.
